This article used an adapted version of the Teacher-Centered Systemic Reform (TCSR) model to investigate educators’ willingness and ability to implement a STICE approach in their courses and the factors that affect it. This was done through a multi-country survey on the perspectives of educators on a STICE approach. Understanding educators’ perspectives on STICE will help overcome educational challenges related to systems thinking.
