The Interconnected Model of Teacher Professional Growth suggests that an instructor who has applied a systems thinking approach can provide a distinct perspective on the advantages and disadvantages of this technique. Potential implementors are further encouraged to incorporate a systems thinking approach into their classroom by understanding the benefits and limitations of this approach, and are better equipped to combat challenges when they arise.
